Description
Alumina Ceramic Grinding Balls (Al₂O₃) are designed for efficient grinding, size reduction, and homogenization of materials in ball mills, laboratory equipment, and industrial machinery. Due to their high hardness and wear resistance, they can also be used in processes requiring intensive grinding and material dispersion.
The spherical grinding media provide consistent and stable performance during the grinding process. Depending on their diameter, they can be used both for initial coarse grinding and for achieving fine material fractions.
Applications
- grinding and size reduction of materials,
- homogenization and mixing,
- dispersion of powders and suspensions,
- preparation of materials for further processing,
- suitable for initial or coarse polishing of components.
The grinding media can be used for both dry and wet grinding processes, depending on the type of equipment and the material being processed.
Key Properties
- made from alumina (Al₂O₃),
- high hardness,
- good wear resistance,
- chemical resistance,
- spherical shape ensuring uniform performance,
- available in various diameters, allowing the grinding media to be selected according to the specific application.
The product is intended for laboratory, technical, and industrial applications.
