Returns and complaints
Important: due to the risk of contamination of the product we do not accept returns if product is delivered in sealed package and package was opened after delivery. To quickly check colour of pigment's glowing please put it near strong source of light for about 15 minutes. After this time check glowing colour in dark place. Please keep in mind that glow power will be reduced in oryginal package because it's made of half transparent HDPE. If you have any doubts feel free to contact with us. Our priority is giving you good quality products – and after opening originally sealed container we don't have any certainty that it was not contaminated.
If you wish to return bought product or make a complaint please first contact with us by e-mail: chaostrade.eu@gmail.com – maybe we will find a solution at this step.
Returns
If for some reason you decide that you want to return or exchange the purchased item you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
-Prepare the product and proof of purchase.
-Fill out the return form. You will find it here.

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or opened originally sealed container. If return is refused due to these reasons the item will be returned to you and the refund will not be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not return shipping costs and do not accept cash on delivery.
