Luminescent chippings KJN 5-10

Luminescent gravel is made of glow in the dark pigment dipped in glass. Thanks to it, luminescent aggregate glows in the dark and is also very durable - it's resistant to water, temperature changes, UV, acid, alkali and friction.

Due to this features this product will be perfect addition to concrete, terrazzo and other applications - both indoors and outdoor.

Glow in the dark chippings charges with both natural and artificial light. To fully charge it needs about 30 minutes of light exposition (depending on quality of light). In deep darkness glowing effect is visible up to 12 hours but the best effect can be seen during first 1-2 hours. To fully use luminescent aggregagate capabilities it shoud be placed in sunny place during the day and at night it should be far from other light sources which may disturb glowing phenomenon.

As it's wrote above luminescent aggregate is made of glass - due to this fact we should avoid exposing luminescent aggregate to quick changes of temperature (fast change of temperature in range of 180C or more). In this case luminescent aggregate particles may break.
